What is The Bee's Knees?
The Bee's Knees is a creative arts center with a focus on innovation, creation and community.
We offer a variety of programs for children from 6 months to 16 years old, as well as classes and workshops for adults. Classes include art, crafts, music, drama, dance, creative movement, yoga, CPR and Drop-In play periods where kids can sample all of our classes.
In the afternoons, we also offer language, coaching (portfolio, theatrical, tutoring) and study groups run by accredited teachers. Through our Café Au Lait series we will offer events, lectures and workshops for adults. Most importantly, the Bee's Knees offers access.
Everything we offer is one step beyond. It is the bee's knees!
Mission Statement
To create a community based environment where adults can grow and learn as parents and human beings and kids develop a positive and empowered self-image. To create access to the arts.
